Affiliate program
This agreement sets the rules for promoting ClickReport and earning commissions.

Commissions apply to commissionable net revenue only: cash collected from referred paid subscriptions, excluding taxes, refunds, credits, chargebacks, free trials, internal accounts, fraudulent accounts, and other excluded amounts.
ClickReport uses first-click attribution by default and a 90-day cookie window. Recurring commissions apply to each referred customer's first 12 paid months at a base rate of 25%, rising automatically on a volume ladder: 30% with 10+ active referrals, then 35% with 25+ active referrals (referrals count as active when they paid within the trailing 35 days; a privately granted rate can set a higher personal floor). A one-time $100 bounty applies when a referred customer's first paid month is on the Portfolio plan. Payouts require a $100 minimum balance, and commissions pass a refund or chargeback hold before reaching payable status.
Commissions are earned only on qualified net revenue — cash actually collected from an eligible, non-fraudulent new customer. No commission is earned merely because a signup, trial, checkout session, or payment authorization exists. Commissions become payable only after the referred customer completes at least two successful billing cycles and the commission clears a hold inside the card-dispute window. ClickReport may delay, withhold, reserve, offset, reverse, or cancel commissions pending fraud review or for refunds, chargebacks, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, prohibited traffic, or policy breaches. A rolling reserve applies to payouts and is released as the underlying revenue matures without incident. New affiliates are subject to payout caps and manual review. Clawback, offset, audit, and withholding rights survive termination, and future commissions may be offset against prior clawbacks.
Payout identity must match the affiliate's verified identity. Changes to payout details trigger a cooling-off period before the next payout, and ClickReport may require re-verification. ClickReport may request tax documentation before releasing payouts and may withhold payment where the recipient's identity or traffic source cannot be verified.
Affiliates must disclose their promotional methods and traffic sources on request, including sub-sources. Sub-affiliates require prior written approval, and the affiliate is fully liable for sub-affiliate conduct. ClickReport may inspect landing pages, ads, emails, keyword lists, and click logs, and may withhold payment where the traffic source is not identifiable.
Required disclosure: I may earn a commission if you subscribe to ClickReport through my link. Video recommendations must include spoken or visible disclosure near the recommendation, not only in a description.
Affiliates must not use cookie stuffing, forced redirects, spam, misleading screenshots, fake reviews, unauthorized coupons, brand bidding, domain squatting, browser extensions that overwrite referrals, or incentivized signups without written approval.
ClickReport helps small businesses monitor PPC landing-page traffic, spot repeat visitor and IP patterns, organize click evidence, and support Google Ads exclusion review. Affiliates must not claim certain fraud intent, guaranteed refunds, or guaranteed Google Ads action.
ClickReport may suspend or terminate affiliates and may request proof of traffic sources, posts, ads, or disclosures. Unpaid fraudulent commissions are forfeited; valid earned commissions remain payable unless subject to clawback.
